Anyone know if the K150V2 supports programming the 18F8720?

Anyone seen an alternative firmware or other way of doing this ?

Thanks

Hi,

I must assume that the 8720 is an older device, as I can't locate it in the current Microchip product selector.
If this is the case, you might be able to find a Protocol18-supported device that is similar in terms of its programming specification (try the numerically similar 6xxx and 4xxx series devices as a start point) and copy/paste/modify that entry in the chipinfo file. Unfortunately I can't help much more than that - I haven't used MicroPro "in anger" for almost a year now.

If you want to use the newer 18F8722 though... I *think* (from a brief scan of the programming specification) that DonkeyProg might just handle those, but will only program 64K of its program space.
