That software is not original DIY software - it has been hacked by the people who also pirate the programmers. The software has always been in English but someone has edited it to convert it to Chinese. I think your programmer is also a pirated copy.

bough it from ebay, didn't really knew if it is pirated copy or not.

Well, you have the same problem as 'ltlegend' - you have a pirated programmer and software. Nothing I can do about that.

Contact the reseller who sold you the programmer and ask them.

Everything is pirated - the hardware, the firmware and the software.

The characters that appear on the screen is because the Windows software has been changed - nothing to do with the firmware.
