I have a K109A that I use to operate my HunterDouglas EasyRise Shades.  One of the relays has begun hanging up and not pulling in when energized   I have to tap the case to get it to activate.

What would be the best course of action to solve this issue?

Thanks

Sounds like the relay is 'sticking'. Only fix is to replace the relay.

The relays used are a very common type/style/footprint so your local electronics parts store may have them.
OR
You could use any 12VDC relay with same contact rating as the relays used (printed on the relay itself). You could then glue the relay in place somewhere on the PCB and wire in the coil and contact pins to the relevant pads on the PCB.
OR
I can send you a replacement relay. No charge for the relay but some money for postage (I am in Australia) would be appreciated. If interested in this option then please email me direct.
